Case Managers: |
|
|
Conducts intake interviews with clients assigned to the program; maintains a case load of face to face sessions; supports the Program Director in the administration of company policies; must be able to identify and refer clients to outside services; processes all necessary paperwork; initiates exchange of information between client and other program personnel; maintains all work in an accurate fashion; follows all personnel policies; other duties as required by Program Director. |

Group Leaders: |
|
|
Follows a set curriculum developed by Safety Consultant Services, Inc. and facilitates discussion groups among program participants. |
|
|
|
|
|
Shall have a minimum of two years of experience (one year of experience means 1,776 total hours of work experience) in providing counseling services to persons with alcohol and/or other drug problems. One year of college level education (which includes the satisfactory completion (C or better) of at least 12 semester units or the equivalent of alcohol and drug studies, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field) may be substituted for one year of the experience required above. Refer to Title 9 regulations. He/she shall have the demonstrated ability to listen, to communicate effectively, and to conduct the required sessions. |
