CADDTP's Spring 2010 Forum

CADDTP will hold its Spring 2010 Forum on Thursday, April 8 and Friday, April 9 at the Holiday Inn on the Bay, 1355 N Harbor Drive, San Diego, California.

Registrations are now being accepted. The registration form and instructions are included with this announcement. Timely registrations must be postmarked no later than March 19, 2010. A $25 late charge must accompany all registrations postmarked after the due date, and those not registering in a timely fashion cannot be guaranteed space and/or materials.

DEADLINES TO NOTE:
March 8th, 2010 is the final day to make hotel reservations at the special conference rate. HOWEVER, since the forum has “sold-out” its room commitment for recent sessions, reservations should actually be made as soon as possible. March 19th is the final day for mailing timely forum registrations.

IMPORTANT:  Timely registrations must be postmarked no later than March 19, 2010.  A $25 late charge must accompany all registrations postmarked after the due date, and those not registering in a timely fashion cannot be guaranteed space and/or materials.  A completed form for each registrant and check/money order for the appropriate fee(s), payable to "CADDTP", should be returned to the above address to register.  Written confirmation of registration and hotel directions will be sent to those who register in a timely manner.

CREDIT CARDS: CADDTP also accepts MasterCard and VISA Card payments.  To charge, please completely provide the credit card information form and return it with this registration form.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:  There will be no refund of registration fees for cancellations received on/after March 19th.  Refunds will be made for cancellations received through March 19th, less a $25 cancellation fee.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Registrants are responsible for making their hotel room reservations.  Please call the Holiday Inn as soon as possible, and NO LATER THAN March 8th, 2010 to request the special conference rate of $110.00 per night [single/double occupancy, plus tax]. Important Note: this rate is available until the conference room block is sold out. Advise that you are attending the CAADTP forum. If reserving on-line, mention Group Code DDT.
